FUJII Masashi

He graduated from Waseda University’s School of Political Science and Economics in 2006. After working at the healthcare management consulting firms ITEC Inc. and MM Office Inc., he served as a management advisor to Okinawa Chubu Hospital from 2012 as a member of the NPO Hospital Management Support Organization. In 2015, he became Administrative Director of Tanida Hospital, Tanidakai Medical Corporation, in Kosa Town, Kumamoto. He also serves as a director of several succeeded medical corporations and as a director of the community-development organization Palette. In 2020, he launched the hospital management support company Iryo Kankyo Soken Inc. He operates “Hospital Administration Wisdom Bag,” an online community for healthcare management professionals. Since 2025, he has written the opening column for Nikkei Healthcare. He has supported management improvement at approximately 60 healthcare and long-term care facilities and has taught at Kumamoto Health Science University, Kumamoto Gakuen University, Yokohama City University, Chiba University, and Fukuoka International University of Health and Welfare.
